off to El Tamarindo resort
I leave for el tamarindo in mexico on saturday. wondering if anyone could suggest any activity we should do or just relax and take it in. We are both golfers and thus will try and get a round in.

From what I hear the golf course is spectacular...
If you are going there you should also play at Isla Navidad-27 holes, 7 on the beach, meticulously maintained...it seemed like there was 10 guys on each hole picking weeds...

Definitely visit the neighboring villages of La Manzanilla (right next door) and Tenacatita (up Hwy. 200 10 miles) to the north and Melaque, San Patricio, and Barra de Navidad (8 miles south) to the south. Swim at Playa Tamarindo (where the restaurant and pool are located!
