Check out Flor Blanca in Ste. Teresa and Punta Islita. These are smaller, more intimate resorts, high on the luxury end!

My favourite beach is Playa Conchal, the resort is great, too.

My favorite &quot;resort&quot; in Costa Rica is Casa Chameleon. I put resort in quotes because it's not a typical resort. It's very small but has A-class service and amenities. They even have a commercial outdoor kitchen and gym. We're finalizing our schedules to go back there in April. My favorite area is Mal Pais. Just thinking about it makes me happy:)
