Nicest All inclusive for young children

Next week my husband and I are going to the Grand Pariso. In February we are planning on returning to Mexico or the Carribean with the whole family. So while we are there I would like to check out some hotels for our next family vacation in February. . We will have a 3 and 6 year old with us. We would like some suggestions on where to stay. Great food, beach and lazy river are important to us. Thanks

Are you staying at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso? If so, wonderful property and you can check out the other 4 attached (but they can't check out your's). The Beach, Del Mar, Lindo and Maya. You can use all their restaurants, etc.
Great family resorts are, the Barceló, the Bahia or the Palladium (all south of Playa while you are north). Or any of the Dreams. But you can't just go and check them out. You would be required to get a day pass and that can run about $80 - 120 US per person to get, so you can't just go to the others, but you can be sure those are all great family resorts as well as the ones one your property. The Lindo has a lazy river, the Grand Sirenis does, the Barceló, Bahia and Palladium all have waterparks. Enjoy the Grand!!!

Palladium has a baby club for the 3 year old (most kids clubs start at age 4). Also no dinner reservations.

The Dreams all start at 3. Be aware though that the Palladium will NOT allow the two kids to be together no matter what. That is an issue we ran into with our kids, so if the 3 year old won't go alone, they won't be able to join the 6 year old or vice versa. The Now properties (Jade and Sapphire are also from 3 years and up).

I am curious if you checked out some of these resorts on your recent trip thebestpuppeteer? We have children almost the same ages. They are 4 and 6. We are looking for the best kid friendly AL south of cancun for our February vacation as well. We have never tried AL so curious what you came up with?

I think most kids are split into age groups.. a 3 and 6 yr old are quite different.. at home a 3 yr old would not be allowed to attend kindergarten or grade one with their 6 yr old sibling.. so its pretty normal to split them up isn't it..

Palladium has a great kids pool with small slides.. with a gradual walk in entry.. great for kids under 7 or 8.. and its close to the kids club.. and the main pools.. so mom and dad can go for a dip in the big pool and take turns watching the tots at the kiddy pool.. plus there is a washroom close by..

I've taken my kids to many kids clubs and the ones that 3 and up have never had to be split from their siblings. It was hard at the Palladium since the younger one couldn't stay with the older ones at all. They were the only kids in there and my youngest had to sit in a room alone. Not great so we wouldn't leave them any more.
As far as best beach, the Barceló has an amazing one.
