Just to add another recommendation to your list, I will suggest Silvia at Argentina Tours 4U.(www.argetnina2rs4u.com.ar) She booked hotel in BA, flights to and from Iguazu, transfers to and from airports and arragnements for flights,driver/guide in Salta and JuJuy. The entire 18 days were without a glitch except for American Airlines flight which had mechanical problems that postponed arrival a day. That was the only part of the trip I had booked! She was friendly with excellent English and personally brought tickets and documents to the hotel shortly after arrival despite a 24 hour delay. Her suggestions for hotel considerations were helpful. The best advantage for using her was her willingness to email airline boarding passes to the hotels which allowed using the web check in lines at the airports instead of the LONG regular check in lines. As a fellow Wisconsinite, I am not a patient waiter! If you give her a price range for hotels, she will work within that range and arange for as much or as little as you want booked upo arrival. You'll have a great time in BA, and

THANKS A MILLION -- for ALL the recommendations. This forum is so fabulous. I have been reading all the reports and trip advice AND I have a great idea of what we should do...Again, thanks for the feedback.

we sent out a request to several agents recommended here and Mercedes got back to us with a quote first, followed by Cintia. we decided to go with Mercedes since she was very responsive to our questions (and many changes). she booked our trip from BsAs to Iguazu Falls for mid-March 2007. will have to let you know how it all goes.

Just wanted to mention a quick thing... I see that you tried to post the link to your trip report. To get the actual link of a post you need to double-click on its title. It will reload with the appropriate address. The address you posted is just the address to a list of all of your posts.

Does that make sense?

Yes, TT, it made sense :)
I click on the thread then I click on the title..guess that is basically the same double click.

I used Isabel from Buenos Aires tours. I was 200% happy with the whole experience.
