Mexico over Christmas

Is it possible to get an all inclusive 4 star for 2 weeks in Mexico from mid Dec. to Jan 1st approx. from Vancouver ,Canada for close to $2000.00 Canadian.

P.S. that price is per person for a couple.

Along with Easter, Christmas is one the prime vacation seasons in Mexico. Expect all beach destinations to be *packed*.

Conversely, the cities are relatively empty, quiet, and traffic-free. In Mexico City, you can even enjoy a few smog-less days...

We paid more than that per person for only one week at an all inclusive during Christmas. It's the busiest and most expensive time of the year.

Short answer is not likely.

You can use a website like Cheap Caribbean dot com to get an idea. I plugged in Vancouver BC to Puerto Vallarta Mexico 12/18/19 to 1/1/20 and prices show in the range of $2500 - $4000 per person for 14 days with air and all inclusive food.
