Marriott Los Suenos Which Airport
 

Considering the Marriott Los Suenos in Costa Rica for this October and was wondering what airport to fly into, San Jose or Liberia. What are the approximate travel times if driving a rental car to the Marriott? Any advice is appreciated.

Even though it's on the Pacific Coast, I think that Los Suenos is closer to the San Jose Airport (about 60 miles). I believe the closest city is Jaco.

Thanks for the response. Are the driving distances and road conditions dramatically different between Los Suenos and Liberia airport versus San Jose airport? The airfare is much lower into Liberia and I am trying to figure out if it is worth the extra time to drive there. Thanks.

If you can get significantly lower airfare into Liberia, then that is the way you should go. The drive times will be very close (probably less than an hour's difference) as will the road conditions.
