Maroma or One and Only Palmilla
OK...
Another question! And thanks to everyone who answered the last! Is anyone familiar with both hotels? I've stayed at Palmilla and love it. I'm afraid I'll be disappointed by Maroma. Opinions? TIA! |
Have not stayed at either, but have heard mixed reviews on Maroma and nothing but good about Palmilla. It's on our list, but will probably be a few years as it's a long flight for a long weekend from Maryland.

I'd easily choose Maroma, but Palmilla didn't impress me much when I stayed in Los Cabos and had a cocktail there. When I visited, it felt crowded, and the service felt fakey sincere over the top. I felt like I was among the nouveau riche crowd from Orange County, which is where I live. In other words, felt like I hadn't even left the country. The beach at Maroma is supposed to be one of the most beautiful in the world, so to me that'd be a no brainer. The Mayan Riviera is such a wonderful place.
For me, the question instead would be Maroma or Le Casa Que Canta! |
Thanks for the opinions, but has anyone actually stayed in both resorts??
