Marco Polo cruise to Antarctica

I just booked a Marco Polo cruise to Antartica in December but could not find too many reviews on this after surfing Google.

Has anyone taken the trip? Any advice in general for the cruise itself or for how many days in Ushuia including hotels?

thanks!

My kids in their thirties just called about booking this same trip and wanted info from me as I have been to Antarctica. i went on smaller ship, but did go to some of the places that are specified in their brochure.

I just sent the link to brochure to my daughter-in-law and told her I would search online for review or info on trip.

Brochures: discusses some of the stops and which one have shore excursions.

I will post a link if I find out anymore info. It hard to compare my experience on 90 passenger ship to a cruise on 800 passenger ship, but do have knowledge of some of the stops listed.

Well soymilk,

I think the links below should provide some good info about ship and reviews and descriptions by people who took the same tour. I scanned them and did not read in detail, but look informative.

Review link:

Good descriptive review: Says the cruise to Antarctica limited to 500 persons. She describes the zodiac experience.
