Los Cabos LUXURY resort...
 

Am going to Cabo with free miles - so I want to stay in the finest resort. I read a little about the Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos, which has the 5 star rating. Sounds wonderful, but has anyone stayed there? And is there anywhere else you would recommend in that same class of luxury hotel? Thank you.

I stayed at Fiesta Americana May 2001. It is a beautiful resort, pool area is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. I have seen Las Ventanas al Parisio, they do have their own website, it looks beautiful as well.

Karen, Thanks for the reply. I stayed at Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun and (don't know if you've ever been there but) am trying to figure out if the one in Los Cabos is of the same caliber. How was the beach/ocean area? Were the rooms spacious and clean? Any other details you'd like to pass on? I'd appreciate anything you care to tell. Thanks!

A month or so ago The Travel Chanel had a "Best of" show on the best hotels in Mexico. One of them was a beautiful place in Los Cabos if I am not mistaken. Perhaps you can check the travel channel website? You have to go to discovery.com and then find the Travel Channel. Good luck.

We stayed at the Palmilla which was VERY nice. Service was great, it was quiet, beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We saw a few TV stars while we were there too!! Good Luck!!
