Liberia/Four Seasons or Paradisus Playa Conchal?
Help! Anyone stayed at either? I'm especially interested in the Four Seasons. Any info would be great? Did you like it, how's the beach, how's the hotel, staff, food, worth the money? How far from the airport and kid friendly?

Four Seasons is wonderful...stayed 7 nights in mid January.
There are 2 beaches that are nice...not like Maui beaches or even FL gulf beaches, but nice. The hotel is striking and beautiful...the staff is quite good...quite kid friendly...there is a kids club and a couple of family oriented pools... the only downside from a family POV is that it is quite remote... at least 35-60 minutes from anything other than the resort itself.

We stayed at the Playa Conchal. When we arrived at the airport, there was a four seasons rep who met all of their guests and took care of them. Nice touch since there aren't any luggage carts. Makde a comment to the Playa Conchal resort that they needed to do this. Didn't really hear anything else - wanted to go over there for dinner one night, but didn't even know how far it was from our hotel.

When we stayed at Paradisus (2003) there was a large, spacious, air conditioned bus waiting for us. They filled out all our paperwork on the bus so as soon as we arrived at the resort, we were already checked in and taked right to our room. Airport is about 45 minutes. Check out my roport (click my name to pull it up) and let me know if you have any questions. We loved Paradisus CR and hope for a 2006 return. Been to Paradisus Punta Cana for 2004-2005.
