Le Meridien Panama Question
 

We are going to Tropic Star Lodge in Panama and on our way in and out we are spending one night in Panama City at the Le Meridien on Ave. Balboa and Calle Uruguay (part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts). This hotel does not come up on other sites or guidebooks yet and was wondering if anyone knows if this was a rebranded or reflagged hotel or if this hotel is a new build brand new hotel? any ideas? It looks nice on the starwood website and location is good. Thanks.

ok thanks, i just searched on starwood site and found press release that it is a new build hotel. i actually got a great rate there, so we chose that hotel as we are spg members and get perks, etc.
