Laundromats in Arenal, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio
Are there coin operated laundromats in Arenal, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio? I assume I will need Colon coins?
I am thinking that it might be better to take less clothes and do laundry in mid-trip. I am worred about that 25lb limit on Sansa.

I have not seen laundromats in those locations but most towns in Costa Rica have really inexpensive laundries where you can drop off your laundry in the morning and collect it in the afternoon. We used one of those in Tamarindo - we dropped off a bag of dirty clothes in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon, fresh and nicely folded. The cost was something like $5. Just look for a sign saying "Lavanderia".

In Manuel Antonio we used to drop off our laundry , and pick up later , very inexpensive . Also your hotel will probably do it for a great price . Super casual place , you will not need a lot of clothing .
