This is a great thread! We are heading to SJdC in 10 days and planning some excursions out & about. Great info everyone & thank you.

I had a very nice fried fish lunch, with beers and tequila... there were two places right along the main road, heading on foot back into the town from El Moro hotel. They were open air, thached roof kind of places, easy to spot.
