Any suggestions for a nice hotel in La Paz?

I stayed here for two weeks, many moons ago, but i loved it. It's located a bit outside of town along the highway, but walkable back to the central area. oh and at the time i did do quite a bit of research, and when i was in La Paz checked out (walked by) several of my other choices. I was glad I picked El Moro.

We would like to stay at a 4-5 star

Oh, sorry, El Moro is definitely not that. I stayed and looked at only 2-3 star kind of places.
