June Weather Worries...
 

I am traveling to Cancun during the first weeks of June. I keep receiving mixed messages from various weather sites. Does anyone have experience traveling to Cancun during this time period? What should I expect?

I do go there every year in June and have nice weather....if it rains it's not an all day affair. That being said, you can never predict the weather. For the past month it's been very hot and dry. I'm going next week myself.

I hope you are right. The forecasts now say thunderstorms and rain everyday! According to the reports it says that it has rained everyday for the last 2 weeks!

I'm heading to the Pacific side, Puerto Vallarta in a couple days (1st week of Junealso ). I never look at the weather reports before a trip. They simply aren't accurate.

"rained everyday for the last 2 weeks" could translate as thunder storms during the night, a 10 mins. shower in the afternoon, etc.

You can't predict the weather. It has been very windy and very wet the last few days in Playa. A tropical storm can last for days and pop up any time at this time of year.
