is there a car rental agency in Los Suenos?
We are going to be taking the water taxi from Motezuma to Jaco and i guess it lands at Los Suenos - does anyone know of the agency that is in the hotel?

There is one in Los Suenos and I'm quite sure it's Alamo/National.
They're main yard is in Jaco which is a short distance away. I think it's a $4 cab ride.
They are very pleasant to deal with, my wife and I have used them for 8 years. We pick up in San Jose at the Irazu Best Western and sometimes just drop off in Jaco.

The water taxi lands at Playa Hermosa, just north of Jaco. Los Suenos in not in Jaco. It is probably 30 minutes away, at Playa Herradura.
Several car rental companies have offices in Jaco, and will meet your taxi if you set it up in advance.

Here's how it works.
The water taxi lands in Playa Herradura which is about 5 minutes by taxi from Los Suenos or 10-15 minutes from downtown Jaco.
You can rent a car at either
location.
Calling ahead would be the best bet.

PS: Find a good map inline. Playa Hermosa is in 2 locations. There is one directly south of Jaco and another Playa Hermosa on the Nicoya, way up north.
