is 10 minutes enough to change

I think that it is crazy, but I am wondering is it possible to take this chance: on cristmas day to arive from the falls at 3:45 om southern wind and take plane on Airline argentina to bariloche, that departs 10 minutes later: 3;55. i just wondering it would be empty airport that day. is anybody know how punctual airlines in Argentina? just do not want to lose a day, and it is only reasonable prices availability to both places. Another concern: would be any tours running in the falls, madryn or bariloche on December 24-25? Any experience? Thank you

NO. NO. NO.
There is zero guarantee that your first flight will be on time for so many reasons. Far too many links in this chain of events.

Definitely NOT. You will be lucky if you are even off the plane within 10 minutes. Why not fly to BA the night before and still enjoy the full day at the falls?

No way! Sometimes 45 minutes or an hour has not been enough for me to keep from missing a flight when things went wrong.

1) Yes it is crazy.
2) Southern Winds are not reliable.
