interjet airline

Anyone have any experience with this airline? I had never heard of it until recently. Thanks.

I've flown them a number of times, both domestically (within Mexico) and to Colombia. Rarely were they on time, but usually only a half hour or so delay.

Gréât airline, just used them last month from Playa del Carmen over to Puerto Vallarta.
They even supply beverages and snacks at no charge, go figure... not to mention a shot of Tequila, all kidding aside.

They've been around for at least a decade and are an established airline by now. They offer both domestic and international service. I've only flown them once. The service was fine, the food ok but forgettable (and they did offer a sandwich on my flight to Mexico City). The only thing I remember distinctly is that they didn't have any kind of onboard entertainment system, but that was years ago, and they may have changed by now.

Correct, there is no on board entertainment system and they are sometimes a little behind schedule but are quite efficient and economical... at least on national flights, not sure about international. Our cost included all of our luggage, no hidden fees and they get to chose where you sit , in our case anyway as we booked from the Internet. Would most certainly recommend them.

Hi

I flew with them from Guatemala City to Mexico City back in 2016. No complaints.

They were more than 2 hours late out of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, causing me to miss my connecting flight in Mexico City. *No thank you. *

They were more than 2 hours late for their evening flights between CDMX and OAX. Another no thank you. The only airline at OAXw delays that night.

Check gate location if using CDMX. Not sure if they were the farthest from the exit, but it sure seemed that way.
