Inquiry with well known CR tour company
 

Just curious if someone could tell me if it is unusual to wait 4 days to receive an itinerary from a tour co. in CR?
I did receive one email saying they received my info., nothing after that.
Could their office be on vacation and should I wait longer? Trying to nail down flights with miles for February and don't want to loose my seats on hold.

Yesterday was a holiday in Costa Rica. I don't know. That could have been part of it. Four days doesn't seem a terribly long time to wait.

I usually wait a few days and then send a second e-mail asking for next steps.

Also try another company - if nothing else just for comparison. There is more than one fish in any sea...........

I completely agree with raquel_z , you should get another company just for comparison, I have to recommend you to try a small company - same price or less and better service for sure!! Last time I went down to costa Rica I used Fabio Molina´s services he owns a small company, good price, outstanding service and he even gave me transportation in his minivan - with an ice cooler with water and sodas all the time!!!
