We have booked sheraton for Iguazu Falls trip but now are reading reports about their dirty rooms and thinking whether we should change the hotel to Grand which is outside the park. Has anyone stayed at both hotels and can offer his/her opinion?

We stayed there two nights over Christmas last year. Our room was a fantastic fall view room. Extremely clean. We had good food, good service and I am always so surprised to see any type of bad review on this hotel. Our experience could not have been better. We also saw many birds and other wildlife right from our balcony. What a wonderful memory!

We stayed there two years ago. OUr room was clean, and the balcony looking out on the falls was fantastic. But the best thing about the Sheraton is not the hotel itself, but location, location, location. The proximity to everything made it possible to tour the area at our pace....do a circut, return for a cool beverage...do another circut...return for lunch.....do another circut.....take a nap....You get the idea. As a result, we were never rushed and could return again and again to the areas we found most interesting. A great Experience.

Absolutely the Sheraton for views, sound, accessibility of THE Falls! Sheraton was a good hotel, clean, super location, very nice staff. You made the right choice, rest assured!!
