Huatulco or Ixtapa

We`re considering one of these destinations in February. We have never been to either and would appreciate any input. Considering Las Brisas in Ixtapa and Camino Real in Huatulco. We were also thinking about the Riviera Maya but are afraid it might be too cool at that time of year. Thanks in advance.

I have been to Ixtapa twice in the last 2 years and loved it. We stayed at the Radisson the 1st yr than Qualton Club the next. Both hotels were wonderful. The weather is great and the people are too. I've researched Huatulco and there seems to be more to do in Ixtapa. This year we are thinking of Huatulco, the only drawback seems to be the lack of things to do. Hope this helps.

Tammy:

I've considered Ixtapa and Z for a few years now but can't seem to leave the Caribbean area, so beautiful. Can you give me an idea of the activities possible in Ixtapa?
