How do you pay for Aerolineas flight online?
 

I found a round trip flight on Aerolineas between BA and Mendoza on their website for 250 USD. However, after making the reservation, I couldn't find a way to purchase the ticket online.

Has anyone purchased flights on-line at Aerolineas? Do I have to call someone to make the purchase? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

The aerolineas website clearly shows the following toll-free number: 1-800-333-0276 (For USA calls only)

I've never booked directly on their site, but I've booked their flights through Travelocity and Expedia.

Hands down the worst website I have every used for booking a flight!!! I spent 5 hours last night trying to call the Australian office just to pay for the stupid thing!!.

To answer the above question, after selecting your seat and receiving you booking confirmation, you have to go back to the home page to pay. There will be a tab for this on the left side. Why it doesn't go straight to that after your booking is beyond me!! They must not want to make money.

If your credit card is from another country than the one you have selected as your residence than it apparently won't work as I was told by a rep on the phone.

When I tried to pay, I entered the code and my surname, then received a message saying I was unable to pay at this time, try again later. I'm not sure if the site was down at this time or what the problem was.

Conclusion: The person responsible for designing this site should be sacked!!!

I forgot to mention that having the Aerolineas Representative make your booking on the phone will cost you $20 us. I still have 3 months till my flight departs and I already hate them!!

You only think you hate them now. Wait until you actually fly them.

You could get rather lucky and have a good flight, Pdubs32, but I'm afraid drdawggy is right.

Perhaps you should have asked here BEFORE booking with them.

I booked several flights with Aerolinas Argentinas on Kayak. No problems at all, but be prepared they are notoriously late. We had 2 internal flights in Argentina and they were both over 1 hour late, but comfortable and good food.
