Hotel help

Okay,Ive asked this before with no luck, but has anyone stayed or heard about the Terazza Pacifico hotel located on Hermosa Beach(The one by Jaco.) I just want to know if its decent or is it a dump. Also, how about the Peace lodge? Is this hotel an option for staying near the airport or is it too far away?

Sorry I can't help you, but you might want to repost your question with the hotel names in the title. You might have better luck.

My Lonely Planet guide (a couple of years old) lists this hotel as "upscale", with modern spacious rooms, ocean views, AC & TV. Adult & childrens pools, bar & restaurant, rates $85 and up for 2-3 people. Playa Hermosa is a surfers beach and this place sounds pretty complete. Good luck, PH is a nice beach with a good surf break. The water is warm and forgiving!

Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with Hermosa, having surfed there in June 2003. I seen the Terrazza, but was not sure how nice the rooms are.

We stayed in the terazza pacifico last year ad liked it a lot, nice rooms, restaurant, beautiful garden. But the beach is for surfers only, high waves and many spiders in sand.

Thanks Sashmash,
I was hoping someone stayed there. I would be staying there strictly for surfing, so the beach doesnt matter. As long as the hotel is decent, I'll be happy.
