We booked our tour thru the travel service Horizontes because of a favorable review in the Fodors Book. We encountered 2 problems during our trip. Both times our drivers could not get any return response from our tour operator after trying to call. One time we were lost & the other was because of weather. The country was beautiful & the people were wonderful.
