When we were in CR, everyone was very optimistic that Obama would win. I think they must be celebrating today!

Was anyone in CR yesterday? I'm curious if there was a lot of coverage. I hope they got to see it. :)

I'm pretty sure they were able to view. Feels good, doesn't it????!!!

It does feel good, shillmac! I imagine they are celebrating with us.

Wahoo!!! We were sorry to leave the party in DC but wouldn't have been able to get very close - and would have been SO cold. So we left town and watched swearing in on TV with some others at La Estancia down here in Panama. One of the Panamanian staff said "it's a special day - the U.S. has grown up. It's a great country."

It truly is so wonderful to see the world's reaction. And the crowd in DC was so joyous.
