Guest ranches
Can anyone recommend guests ranches that have visits for week days? The closer to Buenos Aires the better for me. I already contacted Villa Maria, only they have visits for week end days solely.

There are tons of options! One of the most popular is Santa Susana. La Bomba is more expensive, but is very nice. Don Silvano is inexpensive and a lot of fun. If you are on a budget, this is a great option. Dos Hermanos gets lots of favorable reviews, for a more individualized horse back riding experience.

Hi Analucia, are you a travel professional?

Hello!
I know them all and my favorite was La Candelaria del Monte (do not get confused with La Candelaria). IS great, the owners are there, great food and accomodations. But they don't have show and is a little piced. 1 hour 10 minutes from BA. FOr a low budget I recommend Santa Susana, about 40 minutes from Buenos Aires. Good luck and tell us your experience when you back! Marcos |

Do you have a website address, email or phone number for La Candelaria del Monte? I might just do this when I visit BA. Thanks Bill www.WilliamBert.com |
Estancia El Martillo is phenomenal. We spent a day there and had a great day. It is like visiting someone's home--not big tour buses (my family were the only one's there), no big show...greeted with breakfast, horseback riding around their 350 hectares of land, feed the animals, great bbq lunch outside with wine, beer, coke, etc. Ercillia is the owner and is very knowledgeable and loves the animals. It is about 1.5 hours outside BA and a driver will pick you up at your hotel. Well, well worth a visit. Glad to answer any other questions.
