Gray Line or Interbus - Costa Rica

Any significant difference between the two???

Yes - their change/cancellation policies.

Interbus will screw you. Grayline will work with you.

Interbus allows no changes within 7 days and no refunds within 60 days. I think it is 12 hours with Grayline, and even then they may work with you.

I had an unavoidable last minute change that pushed my entire itinerary back a day. Everyone in Costa Rica was happy to make the change except for Interbus. They refused to make a change or refund my money.

Reserve with Interbus at your own risk.

Used Interbus several times, always dependable, on-time, no complaints. I've seen a lot of posts on people using Interbus but see Grayline mentioned rarely. Not sure if their prices are the same or not.

Interbus gets pretty consistently good reviews on these boards. I've not heard of many people using Gray Line.

I find myself using Gray Line more than Interbus. Habit, I suppose. No special reason. Gray Line has always been dependable. Interbus takes you to more destinations, however.
