Glad to hear you're enjoying the book Shillmac. I made it through the book before we went to Panama - but I never got around to reading all this info on the cnn site - guess you have to subscribe to cnn's "pipeline" to see an archived video like the interview with David McCullough.

Glover, I'm also reading the book on your recommendation. I'm surprised as to how much I'm enjoying it..I'm not one for history books. Not sure I'll finish by our 5/23 departure but I'm
giving it my best shot. Thanks for recommending it!
