Getting to Cabo from Detroit

Any advise on the best flights from Detroit to Cabo San Lucas? They all seem extremely expensive with long layovers. Thanks in advance...

Try DTW-PHX-SJD, Detroit-Phoenix-Los Cabos via Northwest or America West. The fares are around $600 RT and the layovers are only about an hour. You will need this much time coming back in to get through customs in Phoenix.

Sounds like a plan. I'll check it out. Thank you!

YW. Another thought is to look at the flight/hotel packages. In combination the savings can be pretty good. One place to shop them is Expedia.

Well, we traded our condo for one at Fiesta Americana in Cabo, so the packages are out. I'm seeing the best flights now from DTW/HOU/SJD (detroit to houston to Cabo). It seems like the most direct route.
