Our driver recommended Bluefin Sport Fishing. It poured the day we planned to fish so we didn't get to go out while we were there.

JP Sportfishing in Quepos. The difference is they already have their boats are stocked with bait for 1/2 day (inshore) fishing. Most others, you have to fish for bait first, and only then can you sport fish.
