Would appreciate driver recommendations for August trip. Precise route undetermined. Even if they speak some English, that's OK.

[email protected] is who we use when in Costa Rica. He is a tour agent and can set up hotels as well. That is a good time to go without reservations if you are flexible.

Leonardo "Leo" Rodriguez speaks fluent English and is a college grad. He is good with kids and adults, but #1 he is a safe driver and has new vans. He is so knowledgeable about everything in his country. I have used Leo Rodriguez 2 times and he is very dependable, knowlegable and a good driver. If you use him, say hello from the NY'er who call him LROD

We think Leo is just the best and feel so fortunate to have had him on both our trips to Costa Rica. Sure do hope we have him this coming trip also. With all the drivers I see there? I am so thankful to have him. He really takes care of you.

We used Oscar for our June 05 trip and we are now planning our Jan 08 trip - around Oscar! My teens WANT to drive CR (instead of fly)to spend more tme traveling with our friend Oscar. Highly recommend, great English, great attitude, very knowledgeable and reliable.
