Different World - Mexican hotels

Has anyone here booked hotels in Mexico through the Different World website? And if so, would you recommend them? I usually book directly with hotels, but Different World has several properties that I'm interested in, and it would certainly be easier to take care of all of them at once.

Used them to book Las Mananitas in Cuernavaca when all the other web sites said no vacancies. Seemed very good and really prompt at getting back to you - and you actually felt there was a person at the other end of the computer. Hotel said they dealt with them a lot and thought they were good as well.

I used them to to book hotels in Mex. City, Morelia, and patzcuaro on a recent trip. Their service was prompt. The cost was pretty much the same as booking directly with the hotels, but since I had three to book, it was easier to do with them.

Have used them and highly recommend them unless you are looking to get a "deal." I had to do a last minute thing during Christmas so getting a bargain was not an option. Normally, I would mind paying more than I otherwise might by not booking through a discount travel service like expedia or travelocity. You can't beat differentworld's website for trip research, though, so I was happy to throw them a bone.

On some of the packages I have looked at, differentworld had better rates than expedia or travelocity that just quoted the hotel's published rack rate.
