Costa Rica - Whale Watching

We will be staying in Nosara and then Playa Grande at the end of March. I would love to give my 6 1/2 year old an opportunity to go whale watching, but I'm not finding much information.

Could anyone steer me in the right direction? Are whales around these parts of the Pacific Coast and if so, do you recommend a tour?

Thank you so much for any help you can provide!

I am looking for whale watching information also. We will be in Manuel Antonio at the same time. It sounds like Uvita and Ballena Marine National Park are good places to see whales, but there is not much information on how to see them.
Thanks for any information on tours, cruises, guides.

Uvita and Ballena National Park are great for whale watching, Corcovado, Drake Bay, Caño Island, and the Osa Peninsula. The best time to see whales is December-March or July-November!
