Where exactly are you going? And what will you be doing?

What you pack depends entirely on which parts you're visiting; we've been to parts where it's 90 degrees and parts where it's so cool you need a sweatshirt and fleece jacket. Usually I bring t-shirts and capris, shorts, bathing suit, and one pair of long pants and a light jacket, and a rain poncho. Also running shoes and a pair of Keen's for the water or beach. This is a good site for rain and weather info. www.costa-rica-guide.com.
