I don't know the answer to your question, but I can tell you that the prepaid taxis were 50 pesos to close-by Queretaro Centro. They had a variety of "zones" and the prices went up depending on the "zone" (I'm not sure SMA was even in a zone; it's a good hour more or less away). If you're going to be at the Queretaro bus station anyway, I think it would make much more sense to take a bus to San Miguel de Allende; there's frequent service between the two cities and I'm pretty sure it'll be much, much cheaper. Even the deluxe ETN buses with snack and drink are only 110 pesos. Taxi to the Centro of San Miguel from the bus station in San Miguel costs 50 pesos. The Queretaro Bus Station is very modern & user-friendly; once you're there, if for whatever reason you don't feel like dealing with another bus, you'll be able to ask the clerk at the taquilla for taxis autorizados how much a taxi costs to San Miguel.
