Coffee tours

I am thinking of taking a coffee tour on my way from Pavas to Arenal, Mr. brmsimmons is a coffee freak and would totally love this. Any recommendations?

The Doka Coffee Estate has a nice one. It's a beautiful property, and you get to see all the stages of production. We got to drink some samples as well.

Thanks! Doka comes up a lot and I've also had some recommendations for Espiritu Santo. I'm also interested in any other worthwhile stops on the way to/from Arenal.
