I do not know what we would do without our Costa Rica connection. Elsy & Wilson saved us once again. We were booked for departing to the States on Fri. Apr 6. Amer. Air. canceled the flight due to the hail damage in Dallas. They rebooked for Sat. Apr 7. We HAD to be home on Fri. We booked with United to get us home on Fri. Wilson made arrangements to change driver pickup for us on VERY short notice even though he wasn't our driver but his was the only phone number we had!
We will always be grateful for their help & friendship!

We had a similar experience with Wilson. Back in January, our flight was delayed over 5 hrs. I emailed Wilson to let him know we'd be late (he also was tracking our flight on his end), and asked him to contact out hotel (Lost Iguana in La Fortuna) to let them know we'll be late arrivals (after 11pm). He took care of everything. As it turns out, Lost Iguana closes their reception area after 10pm, so thanks to Wilson, security had our room key, and both Wilson and the security person, took us to our room and told us we can officially check in the next morning. It was a great relief to have someone on their end take care of these things, while we were anxiously awaiting our departure.
