How do you get there from either the Falls or BA?

I don't think it's worth going to, especially since you would need to get a visa for Paraguay, assuming you're a U.S. or Canadian citizen.

What's there? 1) Shopping for cheap goods, more of interest to people from Argentina and Brazil, but no prices that you can't find at a big discount store in the United States; 2) a fair amount of crime; 3) supposedly Al-Qaeda.

I would not go.

I think that's a good idea. Spend that time viewing the falls or seeing Buenos Aires. :)
