Christmas and New Years

We are travelling from Dec 21-Jan 4. The three main stops will be Arenal, San Raman, and Manuel Anotonio. Question is where to start: Arenal or Manuel Antonio. I'm concerned about what tours and attractions will be available Dec 24-26 and Jan 1. Where is the best location to spend Christmas and New Years Eve?

Personally, I'd recommend San Ramon to Arenal to Manuel Antonio and spending New Years in Manuel Antonio. Some tours or attractions may be closed, but not many. You will be at tourism destinations and this is the highest of the high seasons, so folks will want to be open for business...

Thank you Eliot. Why San Ramon first?

Probably San Raman. If you want to enjoy the holiday, you can look for a place that is known for it’s celebrations or Christmas markets and enjoy the atmosphere without having to travel too far from home. You may click this link for more tips over there http://christmasholiday.co.uk/christmas-breaks/
