I went there nearly 10 years ago. I really liked it. There's a very interesting fort and monastery. The old town is fascinating. The Hotel Caribe was great. There are casinis. The beaches are not clean for swimming. THere are offshore islands you must boat to. A friend went last year and also liked it alot.
