Need help finding a hotel in this area, but not cancun. Looking for adult only all inclusive for end of March. Trying to find a deal in nice resort with some golf. Any thoughts? Going with my wife and another couple. We are early 60's; not 20 year olds!

We really need to know your budget. Adult only resorts are usually more expensive than those that allow children.
The Iberostar Paraiso Grand is a fantastic luxury adults only all inclusive with a great golf course right on site. They run specials that include some golf as well.
You are going during spring break which will not be an issue as far as wild partying at adults only, but prices will generally be higher during that time.

Wide net you're casting. LocoGringo.com may be of some help. You're going to need to narrow your ideas down just a little. And by the way....its Isla Mujeres....not Playa.
Look at Trip Advisor hotel reviews for those areas. When you find one that sounds interesting, look for deals.
Good luck. Happy vacation.

You might consider Puerto Aventuras (15 minutes south of Playa). It is a closed gate community with 4 AI hotels. The golf course is very nice but only 9 holes, which we consider just right. You can rent a cart or walk. The AI are all on the beach and there is a beautiful mini centre town kind of place around the daulfinera... I believe the hotels are Omni, Dreams, and Catalina 1 and 2. From PA, you can take the colectivo into Playa for 5 dollars one way. The colectivo will drop you off at the corner of 20 and 2nd. You get back to PA the same way from the same spot...
