Cancun hotels

We are going to cancun next June, want a nice all inclusive resort with lots to do. Any suggestions?

Check out the Golden Crown Paradise (adults only) and the Gran Melia Cancun (all inclusive is optional).....these are two of our favorites.

are these in cancun proper or on the riviera section? I think for the first time I would rather stay in cancun? any thoughts?

Both resorts are in the Cancun hotel zone. Can't compare Cancun proper to Riviera Maya as we will be staying in R.M. (Akumal) for the first time next year.

The nicest hotels in Cancun are definitely not AI.
The nicest looking all inclusive in Cancun proper would probably be the Riu Palace Las Americas...
