Cancun airport transfers

USA Transfers seems to get high marks - are their prices comparable to what you would pay if you get a package vacation?

USA Transfers is excellent and reasonably priced - used them last time I was in Cancun and we have them booked for a transfer in September.

I have used USA Transfers 3 times, very good and professional. The problem with using a package transfer is they often are shared vans and may make multiple stops depending on how far south your hotel is. I know Orbitz uses Greyline and I had a problem with their pickup in Puerto Vallarta. They ended up paying for a taxi for me.

Did not have a good experience with USA transfers for 2 out of 3 transfers in May 2012. The 1st one from Cancun IA to Playa, waited for 40 minutes and from Playa to Cancun about 40 mins. also calling 2x to follow up. The only one they were on time was the Cancun hotel to Cancun IA. I think they are 2nd party booker!

We always use Cancun Valet.

NYC88, they are not a third party booker, surprised and sorry to hear of your bad experience. They are owned by a Canadian named Brant Boston and have 13-14 years in business. I would write to Brant at Entertainment Plus, he is very customer service oriented and would probably try and make things right for you. Good luck.

Yes Entertainment Plus owns USA Transfers, used them in May again, great service.
