Remember that in February, there will be an influx of college students for Reading Week (from Canada, at least). And in March, there will be the Spring Break crowd. Neither of these will affect you much, if you're staying at one of the more pricey or family-oriented hotels, but do keep it in mind. Definitely avoid staying at the Oasis Cancun that time of year, unless that is what you're looking for.

There are dozens of hotels in Cancun that are all inclusive, and even if we knew your ages, your interests in activities, your tastes, your need (or not) for children's activities, or your budget, it would be difficult for us to suggest specific hotels that would really suit you.

I'd suggest you do what I do: check online to see what the rates are in general for Cancun that time of year. Find a few in your price range and then read the ratings and reviews for those particular hotels, and compare the amenities. If you find one that suits you, then you're all set. If not, then you might want to consider tweaking your wish list of features and/or moving up price wise, until you find a good compromise between features and price.

I agree, it depends on what your looking for. Do you want a Spring Break, family friendly, couples only, ect. type atmosphere. Most of the low to mid-range budget hotels are going to cater to Spring Breakers or families.

If you can provide more detailed information as to what your looking for and budget range we can give you better recommendations.
