can we fly from cuzco direct to la paz or puno?
 
does anyone know if possible..... and which airline?

I think you can fly to la paz. We have a groupmate did that. There is no airport in Puno. You have to fly to Juliaca.

It's Bolivia's LAB Airlines that flies between Cusco and La Paz.

I did a quick search and it looks like Lan Peru has a direct flight into Juliaca (the nearest airport to Puno - an hour drive away). www.lanperu.com
