I said "as far as I know", fan club president!!

You could be right, you know. With me, it's just age, not Malbec!! LOL!!!

We'll have to wait for the final word from the learned professor!!!

It isn't the Malbec with me either, AVROOSTER. Just a muddled mind.
I hope you and the other frequent contributors to TA will spend more time on this board and enjoy expressing yourselves as you once had the chance to on TA. It is one lonely site these days.

I'll give you a raise anyway!! LOL!!

I believe the good doctor INTENDED to go to Bariloche on this trip, but maybe did not.

We'll have to wait for him to enlighten us. LOL!!

Hola Amigos,

I went to Bariloche in December and had a fabulous time at Llao Llao. One of my assigned tasks was to check out less expensive hotel options for my student group. They visited Bariloche in late June and stayed at the Dazzler, which is a true three star hotel...very comfortable place in a good location. There was another faculty member on our trip and she took the students to Bariloche, since I had just visited a few months earlier and she had never been....

Sorry, no information on the Design Suites, other than what I have heard from others--It is very nice, much nicer than the Design Suites in Buenos Aires.....

Black slacks will be fine evrywhere; jeans at most places.

Just as Gaby said.....I found you guys!

Spice to this thread? I suppose we could until it appears we're having too much fun talking about ( and around ) what we know about Argentina.

Will the owners tolerate it? We'll see, won't we?

Well, here we are.

Tio Pepe ;-)

Welcome to our new playground, WA Tío Pepe!

However, I wish to point out that your answer about the pants is kind of late, as the lady left 5 days ago, with whatever she had in her suitcase. We stayed around, to play a little. LOL!!

HI. So I am in Iguazu for the night but have been in BA this week. I love it, want to buy a place!!! I wore black pants and a nice shirt to Le Sud and it was fine. I think you wear jeans and a nice sweater to most places except the hip/trendy/fancy places where the black pants is totally fine. I also went to Casa Cruz which was cool but the food average. I am loving the Home Hotel although it would be nicer to be in Recoleta nearer to the action. Everything is so cheap it is great and I am having a wonderful time!

I was on my way to Casa Lopez when I found a store called Claudia Hulse and decided to splurge on a cool leather jacket and skip the larger search I had planned. I am too tired after a week in Rio and Ilha Grande and the excitement of BA! It is FABULOUS!!!!
