Cabo San Lucas
 

We are spending a week there in a resort . What are good seafood restaurants , shopping,? We are staying by Playa Buenos Aires area. Where are the prettiest beach spots?

What is the name of your resort? Playa BA is a street in a residential area. We stay near there at Pueblo Bonito.

I was able to find your beach, which is along the “corridor “ between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. You could easily go to either town for great restaurants. For seafood in San Jose, try Tropicana, Mariscos el Toro Güero, or Sardinia Cantina. In CSL, Solomon’s Landing is popular for seafood as is Maro’s. For more a more upscale atmosphere, we love La Golondrina.

Most beaches are not safe for swimming. However, swimming and snorkeling are great at Chileno and Santa Maria Beaches.

As above, it's important to realize (maybe you already do) that you are staying on The Corridor, the stretch of ocean between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, but you are not actually in either town (as far as walkig to shopping and restaurants).

Are you going to have a rental car?

Paraiso Mall in CSL is a pretty, upscale mall. Directorio And there's plenty of boutique type shopping in the downtown area.

San Jose has an Art Walk on Thursday evenings. Fun to go, get a meal, check out the shopping and vendors. There are also some nice shops across from the Cabo Azul resort in San Jose.
