Buenos Aires or Rio?
Looking to explore South America in June of 2020, and we are conflicted as to whether visit Buenos Aires or Rio. We would appreciate any advice as well as safe neighborhoods to consider for either city.

How much time do you have? What are your interests? Between the two, I prefer Rio. Ipanema is a good area to stay. For BA, I like the Palermo area. |
