Buenos Aires Airport Lounge?
Has anyone used the American Airlines lounge at the Buenos Aires airport? We'll be departing our cruise, then taking an 8 hour tour which ends at the airport, however, our flight home doesn't depart until 12:15 a.m. Am thinking of a day pass (about $75 for two) as a nicer place to spend our waiting time. Anyone have any experience with this lounge, its location (in Int'l Terminal?), etc. Thanks!

Amex has a little-known lounge in our international airport, which is free. Internet access, free soft drinks, etc.

As Admiral's Club lounges go, the EZE lounge is kind of small and a little on the crowded side, but it's a lot more peaceful than waiting outside in the terminal with everyone else.

Thanks for the answers. avrooster, I assume the Amex one requires you to have an American Express card (which I currently don't)? To Jeff, is the Admiral's Club lounge IN the International terminal?

Yes, dawnprincess, you need an Amex card. In fact, at least in theory, you need an Amex Gold or higher, to get in.
Have a great time in our country. |
Yes, The Admirals club is in the international airport. It is smaller than some but it provides a wider variety of snacks and drinks, including alcohol, for no extra charge. I like to enjoy a last glass of malbec and some cheese before heading back to the States.....

Thanks everyone! As usual, you have all been kind and helpful.
