Best way from Leon to San Miguel?

Can you recommend a good service to pick us up at airport in Leon and take us to our villa in San Miguel? We are just one couple so if you know of someone who picks up other people so we can share cost, would appreciate the info. How much should we expect to pay? And if our flight leaves from Leon back home at 7am, what time should we be picked up in SMA? Thanks.

We have used Turisticosrodriguez which is still advertising $23. US PP door to door on many occasions. They are very reliable.
e-mail Pedro: [email protected]
with arrival info.
Since 1 July, there is a $280.MXN ($26.50?US) tax leaving the BJX (and MEX) a/p - none on the return - which can be shared.
They'll probably get you at 4:30 AM for the return, but just ask.

thanks. do you mean there is a $280 MXN per person when you fly out of Leon airport? That would be about $30 Canadian. Does that apply to flying out of Queretero? Would it be cheaper for pick up in Queretero as well? I should factor that into my fare search?

The $280. MXN tax is on each commercial vehicle leaving the airport.
Ideally, you might have another couple or two in the van/SUV to share the added expense.
There is no tax on the return to the A/P.

Oh, to my knowledge the commercial gound transportation departure tax applies in BJX and MEX, but not as yet in QRO. Don't know about others.
